Starting March 2009 - Direct Deposit of Landlord/Homeowner funds is available via ACH. Funds will be deposited to your account on the 10th for on time rental payments (for leases due on 1st of month) with cleared funds. Other payments for leases with due dates after the 1st, bi-weekly payments or late payments will be deposited no later than the second Friday following receipt of cleared funds. There is no charge for this service.
